RAMEM, as a subcontractor carries out mechanization, assembly and testing jobs for the aeronautic, space,   defence, automotive, chemical, electronic, research and engineering industries.   RAMEM has been certified with the ISO 9001, in the design and manufacturing of mechanical equipment.   CESOL (The Spanish Welding and Joining Technologies Society) and AEND (The Spanish Non Destructive   Test Society) have also certified us to carry out welding processes and non-destructive testing procedures.   We have CNC machinery, lathes, mills, surface-profiles and universal grinding machines, EDM, and   mechano-welding (TIG, MIG-MAG) machinery, available. We assure quality using the MMC in our   Measurement Testing Laboratory.

AS A FEW EXAMPLES:

Precision motor parts manufactured in Titanium alloy for the Antenna  Pointing Mechanism (APM). This equipment was designed by INTA  (National Institute for Aerospace Technology), for the European Space  Agency (ESA), and forms part of the Polar Platform Satellite.

These items were manufactured in INVAR ( Iron and Nickel   alloy with a very low thermo expansion coefficient) for the   Optical Monitoring Camera (OMC), which forms part of the   Integral Satellite.  The OMC was designed by INTA for the   European Space Agency. Dimensional and geometric tolerance: 3µ.
