  Automatic machinery for the testing of iron drops, capable of   being programmed and meets the official ISO standards.

  Supplied to LCOE
  (Spanish Official Electric Engineering Laboratory).

  The machine lets the iron fall from a programmed height and   retrieves it from wherever it lands. The iron is then lifted up again   so that the process can be repeated the number of cycles   specified in the standard.

                 Double Crystal Monocromatorl  
   Developed by RAMEM with a ATYCA (MINER) grant, and based
 on the preliminary specifications of ESRF’s Spanish Beam
 (Grenoble, France).
 
 The monocromator is the most complex electromechanical
 device in a synchrotron experimental beam line. Its mission
 is to diffract X rays in order to select, with very high precision,
 the required wave length for experimental purposes. This
 process is made using a crystal net in a ultra-high vacuum  environment.
